We are very excited about the upcoming Year 7 Phillip Island Adventure Resort Camp. It will begin on Monday the 19th of May and conclude on Wednesday 21st of May.
We have included some important information to assist you in planning for your child’s camp experience.
Please be mindful of the following points:
- Full payment of the camp is required by Friday May the 9th. This can be made at the general office.
- Students will need to bring a packed lunch on the first day of camp as there will be no venue to purchase food.
- Students must arrive at Epping Secondary College at 8.15 am on Monday May the 19th for a prompt departure. They will need to assemble at the Scarborough Ave entrance near the Technology building
- Students will arrive back at the College by 3.30 on Wednesday the 21st of May. If there is delay due to traffic etc. the main office will be notified.
- A list of what to pack for the camp has been distributed to students with this letter.
- All medication must be handed to the coordinators in a clearly marked snap-lock bag. The students name and home group must be included with clear instructions on administering the medication.
