Congratulations to the Intermediate Boys’ Netball Team for making it through to the next round of competition, after being crowned Regional champs on Friday, 28th July. All boys played exceptionally well against 5 competitive schools; Gladstone Park, Craigieburn, St. Helena, Northcote and University High School.

Strong defensive pressure by Ben Rowan, Jye Barker and Lachlan Stavrevski, excellent ball use through the mid-court by Caleb Kennedy, Issac Cannata, Marcus Sindrivanis and Daniel Sindrivanis and on-point shooting from Jeremiah Tyrell, Cameron Tinsley and Lewis Paolinos led Epping to victory. The boys displayed excellent sportsmanship and continually encouraged one another throughout the day.

A big thank-you to Maryanne Polu for helping coach the Intermediate Boys’ team and to Lindy Stephens for also coaching the team as well as scoring on the day of the competition.
