MAJOR IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO BEGIN SOON

New $3 million dollar building

The new $3 million building project is well underway. The architects Crozier Scott, have been working with us to finalise the design of our new learning centre, so that we can go to tender and select the building company. This modern building will comprise of 6 classrooms, a large open area and operable walls that will open up to accommodate approximately 250 seats for special events and presentations. It will also contain the Wellbeing Centre with 4 offices, a unisex toilet and a kitchenette.

The current year 8 portables will be relocated onto the eastern oval whilst the building works are being conducted. The wellbeing staff will be relocated to a refurbished portable during this time.

We need to be aware that there will be some disruption to the school with trucks entering the premises, building machinery being operated etc. We are working closely with the architects and the building company when it is appointed, to ensure that appropriate arrangements are put in place to minimise the impact on our students and staff.
