On the evening of Tuesday, 12th September, the Year 7 students took part in an extraordinary event called ‘Night at the Museum’. The students each chose a significant historical figure from ancient times and arrived at school in costume similar to that worn by some of history’s greatest names.

As part of their Humanities coursework, students undertook extensive research of their historical figure and set up informative displays. By the end of eight weeks of study, they were well versed in their figure’s achievements.

On presentation night, students stepped into the shoes of their character for 90 minutes, presenting themselves in front of an appreciative audience before manning their information displays and answering questions from interested onlookers.
