Students visited the Outer Northern Trade Training Centre (ONTTC) to take part in a hands-on event

On Thursday 17th September, thirty-two Year 10 visited the Outer Northern Trade Training Centre (ONTTC) to take part in a hands-on event for students who wish to undertake an SBAT, School Based Apprenticeship Training in 2016. The day  allowed students to experience what it would be like to work in  a number of industries including;  Aged Care, Animal Companion Studies, Automotive, Business Administration, Child Care, Civil Construction, Digital Media, Fitness and Sports, Hairdressing, Horticulture, Hospitality, IT and Retail.

The sessions were enjoyable and engaging and assisted students with choosing their future education, training and employment path options.
